I've placed an order - how will the delivery time be affected? We are currently still able to deliver globally whilst closely monitoring for updates from all of our partners.
From Wednesday, 25 March, all orders to the US will be sent via an economy service via sea rather than air, due to the COVID-19 crisis. Delivery will take significantly longer than usual as travel and public health restrictions have significantly reduced transatlantic air transport capacity and could disrupt the operations of both Royal Mail in the UK and their partners in the US. Please bear with us and the postal service during this time and allow extra time for your package to arrive with you.
Deliveries to Australia are currently experiencing delays of up to 6-8 weeks - please bear this in mind before placing your order.
I need to return an item(s) from my order but I'm self-isolating. What can I do? We are pleased to extend our returns/replacement window to the end of May if your purchase date is within the last 6 months from 25th March, as we appreciate that you may be unable to print your returns label or post your return in the next few weeks. Please follow our usual returns policy outlined here.
Is it 'business as usual' at TALA? We are following all government advice and closely monitoring for any new updates that may impact how we operate and communicate with you. Where possible, staff across our supply chain and at TALA HQ are all working from home with new safety measures implemented to protect our staff where working from home is not possible. Can I catch COVID-19 through my package? Public Health England has advised that there is no perceived increase in risk of contracting the new coronavirus when handling post. From experience with other coronaviruses, we know these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels.
Will you still be launching new collections and re-stocking our favourite items? We are working closely with our suppliers to ensure we are able to continue working safely to develop new and exciting sustainable style ranges for the upcoming months.
