Order Issues

I inputted the wrong shipping address. Can I change it? - Please email us as soon as you become aware that you have entered the wrong shipping address and we will do our best to amend this for you. Please note that if your order has already been boxed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any amends to your order. 

I've added an item to my cart. Will it be saved until I am ready to purchase? - Once an item has been added to your cart, this does not mean the stock you have selected is reserved. Stock is only allocated to your order once the payment has been accepted and the order confirmed.

Can I amend my order? Please email us as soon as you become aware of any amends that need making to your order and we will do our best to help. Please note that if your order has already been boxed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any amends to your order.

I've received my order and a product is missing. What do I do? Please contact our customer service team on hello@wearetala.com with your name and order number so we can resolve this for you. 

Can I send items as a gift? You can send a parcel to someone by using their delivery address in the shipping. However, we do not offer gift-wrapping.

I have received a faulty item. Can I get a refund or replacement? Please contact our customer service team on hello@wearetala.com with your name and order number and we will sort this out as soon as possible. We may ask you to return the product to us before we issue a replacement.
