The item I want is sold out. Can I be notified when there is a re-stock? We're sorry you missed out on the item you wanted! You can subscribe to our Back In Stock mailing list to be notified when an item becomes available. Keep an eye on our socials @wearetala for re-stock information, and sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear about new drops.

Why can't I hold items in my cart? Unfortunately, we can’t hold items in the cart as we need to ensure stock is available to all customers in the fairest way possible. As we have limited drops, if we allow everyone to hold items in baskets, it prevents that stock being sold to another customer who may be waiting. 

Why do launches sell out so quickly? We buy as much stock as we can for each launch and try to increase stock in line with demand as much as possible. We hope to increasingly make more stock available.
