The Zinnia Legging (£40.00)
These performance-based gym leggings not only keep us looking on point at the gym with the ultimate flattering fit, but are also the perfect legging for relaxing or popping out to the shops, making the Zinnias a versatile staple in our wardrobes.
The Zinnia features a high-rise waistband, perfectly shaped and supported, and can even be styled folded down or up depending on your fit and style preference. This is supported by our V-ribbed waistband to create comfort and shape like never before. The Zinnias have the perfect balance between compression and stretch, crafted to hold you in place throughout any workout or daily activity. The legging cuff sits just above the ankle and are available in varying lengths (7/8, regular and tall) to ensure the perfect fit.
So, how are they made? Zinnias are made from 92% up-cycled Polyamide (Q-Nova) and 8% Elastane offering our-way stretch, breathable and anti-bacterial material. These leggings save over 40 litres of water and 2kg of CO2 compared to non-up-cycled Polyamide.

The Luna Legging (£40.00)
Next up, another of our well-loved and hugely popular legging styles - the Luna.
The Luna is our legging with the highest amount of compression, specialising in form-fitting, figure-hugging comfort without restricting your movement. Our Luna leggings will snatch you like shapewear! Whether you are ready to hit the gym or a walking the park, the Luna leggings will keep you held in place all day long. We like to think of our Lunas as Zinnias ultra-trendy sister!
Want to spice up your black with a flash of colour? Our Lunas come with a variety of different branding options! Choose from grey, white, or neon embroidered branding so you can style up the perfect vibe for you.
Let’s talk about the composition of our Luna legging. The Lunas are made up of 92% Q-nova and 8% elastane. Wanna know more? Q-nova is an environmentally sustainable recycled Nylon fibre obtained from regenerated raw materials. It is made up of waste materials which comes from the off-cuts created during factory's production cycle.

The Nava Ribbed Legging (£30.00)
Our Nava ribbed legging from our Laze collection is another fave staple piece.
The perfect legging for chilling out in, these super-soft ribbed leggings are designed specifically with lounging in mind. Think of an ultra-comfy legging that is still super flattering - the perfect combo.
Our black Nava leggings, of course, come in sizes XS / S / M / L / XL and are made of 85% bamboo plant which is undeniably kind to the skin AND the planet. How so? Bamboo uses more CO2 and produces more oxygen than similar trees making it one of the most sustainable plants. It is a perfect alternative to plastic because it’s so strong and durable yet is still biodegradable and natural! The Nava leggings are also composed of 10% recycled polyamide and 5% elastane.
The Nava leggings can be styled up and down depending on the vibe you are going for. Our Cali crop in black is the perfect match for our Navas, but we love to see how #TeamTALA style up their leggings.

The Stride Run Legging (£48.00)
Finally, introducing our newest addition to the TALA black legging family, our Stride run legging.
Designed with our trademark high compression and high-performance fabric, we have elevated the design to work with running in mind. Our stride leggings are ultra-flattering with a high waistband to pull you in and sculpt your body. Breathable panelling has also been added to keep you cool as you move. With four-way stretch, anti-bacterial and quick-dry Q-Nova fabric, the leggings feature contouring details, embroidered branding and contrast white tipping.
The Stride leggings are available in XS / S / M / L / XL sizes as always, but also include different length options - 7/8s, (our Petite length which is one eighth shorter than our regular length) Regular and Tall! They are made up of 92% up-cycled Polyamide our Q-nova fabric and 8% elastane, so are great for the planet too!

Should I size up or down?
This depends on your personal preference. If you prefer a high amount of compression, we recommend sizing down. If you want a good amount of compression where you still feel held in and supported, size up.
What is the compression like on Stride?
The compression is similar to our Zinnia leggings, keeping you held in and supported as you run.
How does Nava fit compared to Zinnia and what is the compression on Nava?
Nava is the same fit as Zinnia, without the same compression. For a super cosy fit, size up. The Nava leggings have a small amount of compression so they keep you held in but still comfy whilst lounging.
Are Nava softer than Zinnia?
Nava are super soft and lightweight compared to Zinnia, almost like a second skin with a cotton feel.
Can you wear Nava to the gym?
Our Nava leggings and Laze sets are designed as loungewear. We suggest wearing around the house or as a cute two-piece to lunch but if you're in the mood for a chilled gym session, then why not!
What’s the difference between Luna and Zinnia?
The Luna leggings have side contouring and are slightly more compressive with embroidered TALA branding on the waist. The Zinnia leggings have our double line embroidered branding.
