The TALA you know and love wouldn’t exist without our community aka, you. Community brings us all closer together and shows us how connected we all are (to one another and our planet). From our global (and talented-beyond-belief) production workforce and our ever-growing HQ team to our dedicated DM-ers for their genius ideas, helpful feedback and, at times, feral restock requests, people are at the heart of TALA.
TEAM
At HQ, collaboration and knowledge sharing drive change. We have regular re-group sessions to touch base on all areas of the business to make sure we’re working in alignment with our mission - to actively solve problems without creating others - for you, the planet or anyone else.
TALA HQ is made up of TALA’s biggest fans from customer service and social to merchandising and design, we love the brand as much as you do. We’re the perfect sample testers because we know what you want (to look insanely hot) and need (high performance with all comfort). Why? Because we’d probably be friends irl.

ETHICAL FACTORIES
Built on shared values and collaboration, our suppliers are our partners who we work with using our Supplier Code of Conduct which is based on the Ethical Trade Initiative Base Code. We work with ethical and accredited factories which are independently audited and certified to meet globally recognised social and environmental standards under ISO, Sedex, and WRAP.
ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility is at the heart of why TALA began in the first place. We know there are barriers to clothes that are made ethically with more responsible materials from price to size inclusivity. We were founded in 2019 and knew from the start that we wanted to offer a (more) complete size range. We started the process in 2020 and finally launched sizes 2XS-4XL in selected products with our Project Size Expansion in 2023. This project is a work in progress and we’re working closely with our suppliers to one day offer an accessible size range across all our collections.
