The organic certification is usually used for agricultural crops, not forests. Lenzing sources wood from sustainably managed forests, according to recognised sustainability criteria, such as FSC® and PEFC.

We partnered with the trusted company Lenzing to use their TENCEL™ Modal fibres in this range. The chemicals sodium hydroxide, carbon disulfide and lye are involved in the creation of the fibre, and Lenzing utilizes resource-efficient, circular technology to capture, recover, and reuse up to 99.8% of these chemicals.

PFAs: SoftSet is PFA-free and Oeko-Tex Class 1 certified. 

We worked with several trusted partners on SoftSet, including one of our longest standing factories and Lenzing, the company that makes Tencel™ Modal. Our SoftSet fabric (87% Tencel™ / 13% Elastane) is PFA free, and Oeko-Tex Class 1 certified. Oeko-Tex certified means every component of a garment has been tested against a list of over 1,000 harmful substances and Class 1 has the strictest requirements and limit values.

A small amount of elastane is what gives SoftSet its stretch and rebound - essential for activewear that actually performs. We've kept it to the minimum so the naturally-derived fibre content (87% TENCEL™ Modal) stays as high as possible. Do 100% natural options like organic cotton exist on the market? Yes - we tried them - and whilst we love that they are available on the market, they just don’t deliver on the flattering shapes and performance you know and ask us for.

Natural fibres don’t have the same sweat wicking and super sculpting attributes that synthetic fibres do which is why we still offer recycled synthetic fibres in our other collections.  TENCEL™ Modal is naturally moisture controlling giving a natural dry feeling throughout and the addition of a minimal amount of elastane gives SoftSet adds the flattering silhouettes you know and love from our other collections

Essentially we have worked SO long and hard to create an alternative for people who want a more natural choice and we honestly could not be happier with how the finished products look, feel & perform like.

Yes! the strappy tank has a built-in shelf bra with a hidden band for support & lift. We've  intentionally removed the bra pads and mesh to reduce synthetic content. For a layered look we love styling the crossback bra underneath

SoftSet is on team no front seam: both the leggings and fold waist wide leg trousers have no front seam for a smooth all-over silhouette.

We'd generally recommend your usual size, but if you're between sizes, size down in the leggings and fold waist wide leg trousers

All of our maternity products were fit tested on pregnant fit-models so we’d recommend sticking to your usual pregnancy size!
