Once accepted, your TALA pro membership cannot be shared with anyone else. We operate a warning-strike system. Membership does not mean that TALA endorses you, your studio or that you can use the TALA brand for commercial gain. Evidence of this along with sharing your unique discount code and any future added privileges will result in a written warning. Continued misuse will result in removal from the Pro programme. Your yearly membership cap is £750.
WE ARE TALA will process your personal data for the purposes of administering, operating, improving, and protecting the TALA Pro programme, including verifying eligibility, communicating with members, monitoring compliance with these terms, and preventing misuse or fraud. If the TALA Pro programme is amended, replaced, rebranded, or incorporated into another TALA membership or rewards programme, your membership information and associated personal data may continue to be processed for the administration of the successor programme, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR, and WE ARE TALA's Privacy Policy. Full terms and conditions will be shared with those accepted within the programme.
